A day on the Vespa

If you're going to be staying in Florence for a couple of nights, we propose a simple itinerary that mixes culture and fun, and which will take up an entire day.
Any search on the internet will bring up thousands of results for "what to do in Florence" or "what to do in Tuscany", so we will just provide a few suggestions without being exhaustive.
Tuscany in Vespa 1-day tour
Once the bureaucratic formalities have been completed and the Vespa has been collected from our New Tuscany Scooter Rental office in Florence, the first essential stop is at Piazzale Michelangelo, which has sweeping views over the city. If you ride up there via the Porta Romana, stop first at the church of San Miniato al Monte and visit both the church and the monumental cemetery behind it. From San Miniato al Monte you can admire the same view as from Piazzale Michelangelo but with fewer tourists and with the additional possibility of visiting the church, which is one of the oldest and most picturesque in Florence.

Impruneta Tour
After visiting San Miniato, get back on your Vespa and head towards Impruneta, which has a small but pretty historic center. About 1 km before entering the village, stop at Villa Monteoriolo, [Villa Monteoriolo? or just Monteoriolo?] where on the left you will find Villa Monte Oriolo, an ancient manor house still owned by the original descendants and currently a farm which produces a sensational olive oil (they're also a B&B). Must try absolutely!

Chianti Tour
After Impruneta, head towards Greve in Chianti, where you can visit the porticoes of the old historic center. Don't skip a visit to Falorni, a historic Chianti butcher shop located right in the main square. But beware of parking restrictions! Park only in the spaces provided for motorcycles and scooters. After Greve, go up to the nearby village of Montefioralle (be careful of the climb and the very steep descent!) and stop for lunch just outside the walls in one of the local trattorias if the timing is right. If you are not interested in having lunch at this point of your trip, you can still visit the historic center of Montefioralle because it is one of the best preserved villages in Chianti.
From there, return back down to the main road and continue up to Panzano in Chianti, home of the most famous butcher in the world: Dario Cecchini. After a quick trip to his shop, take a look at the historic center of Panzano as well.
At this point, the more adventurous can go as far as Castellina in Chianti, thus leaving the Province of Florence and entering that of Siena. Pro tip: if you do go as far as Castellina, continue for two km beyond the town, and immediately before the hamlet of Fonterutoli stop for one of the most spectacular viewpoints in all of Tuscany, with Siena below in the valley. The photo of the landscape and the selfie with the Vespa will be practically mandatory!
This can be considered the furthest point of the trip, and you can return to Castellina: on your way back to the village, on the right you will find the best ice cream shop in Chianti, and even here a stop will be mandatory.

From Castellina then, go down towards La Piazza and Sicelle, then continue towards San Donato in Poggio, Sambuca and, skirting the Florence-Siena highway, you will see the incredible Antinori Winery on your right, a real architectural jewel, beautiful to visit even if you are not particularly interested in wine (which is excellent by the way!). To return to Florence, after a quick ride through San Casciano, we advise you to head towards Chiesanuova, and after a winding descent, you will find yourself in Galluzzo, only 3 km from the center of Florence, where you can return the Vespa to New Tuscany Scooter Rental.
